Last Sunday, some of us ventured out to the Western side of Singapore to provide a time for rest and recuperation for those involved in nocturnal natal care. What started with a gentle visit to the pottery jungle with the Lawson’s (Susie Bell), evolved into an intriguing exploration of Singapore’s farm life.
It is really quite hard to go past the Jurong Frog farm, where there are “twenty hundred” frogs, happily breeding.
The lovely family atmosphere was temporarily shattered by the idea of “Bullfrog essence with ginseng”, but it seemed enough for the kids to know that they were being bagged by the 100′s to go to new homes…. Interesting
The goat farm was not nearly as interesting….
